Thank you for supporting neighbors. Because our items are produced in limited runs or made-to-order, we maintain a strict policy regarding returns.
All Sales Are Final We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please review all product descriptions, dimensions, and photos carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items The only exception to our final sale policy is if an item arrives damaged or is defective.
Report Period: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within [3 or 5] days if the item is defective or damaged.
Process: To start a claim, email us at contact@heyneighbors.shop with your order number and clear photos of the damage.
Resolution: If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement at no cost to you. If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
